Waste Management of New Hampshire, Inc.’s Turnkey Recycling and Environmental Enterprise (TREE) Facility in Rochester, New Hampshire is a fully permitted Subtitle D solid waste disposal facility that services the disposal, recycling & re-use needs of customers throughout New England. The TREE facility includes three lined municipal solid waste landfills, a material Recovery Facility, leachate treatment plant and 3.2 MW and 6 MW gas-to-energy plants.

Members of Sanborn Head’s management and technical staff have provided hydrogeologic consulting and landfill design and permitting services for the TREE facility for nearly 25 years.  A long standing client, Sanborn Head has assisted Waste Management with site characterization and design and permitting of landfill capacity. Additionally, we have developed construction documents for landfill base liner and closure construction including landfill gas extraction system components and compliance reporting and operational consulting.  We are proud to be trusted partners with Waste Management of New Hampshire  involved in permitting, design, construction, and operations at this award winning solid waste facility.
