Why Did You Join Sanborn Head?
I started Sanborn Head with three others because we saw an opportunity to step outside the traditional regional profit-center model of consulting and provide strategic technical services to clients looking for excellent work product and outstanding service irrespective of geographic boundaries – a novel idea in 1993. We felt, and since have proven over and over, that we could successfully compete directly with firms many times our size who undermined their ability to serve clients due to organizational encumbrances that we did not have then, and still do not have to this day. We are confident of our ability to deliver quality outcomes with some pretty challenging assignments, and have never backed down from this position. Also, we have never been afraid to work harder than our competitors.

What Do You Like Best About Sanborn Head?
Co-founding Sanborn Head has provided an opportunity for me to work in the long-term company of really capable peers and clients who challenge each other to grow professionally every day. The depth of relationships and the creative problem solving process that springs from this collaboration is the real thrill. Now, in my role as President, leading the growth and sustainability of Sanborn Head and helping to create new opportunity for the “next generation” provides much in to look forward to.

Fun Facts About Me
I am an avid hiker: I have summitted 19,000 ft. Mt. Kilimanjaro twice and now spend my free time in the White Mountains. I also enjoy playing music. Growing up, I always wanted to write for National Geographic and travel the world. It turned out that I get to travel the world, but my writing takes on a slightly more technical tone.
