As one of Sanborn Head’s first employees, Barret’s personal growth has paralleled the growth of the firm, and he is motivated to create new opportunities for our people that will ensure a successful future for the firm.
By education and experience, Barret is a contaminant hydrogeologist with skill in the interpretation of chemical and hydrogeologic data, identification of contaminant source areas, and modeling of hydrogeologic systems and contaminant fate and transport processes. He enjoys using science to develop strategies that help our clients achieve their project and business goals. Barret is a graduate of Amherst College, and he earned a master’s degree in hydrology from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology.
Barret will tell you that his favorite part of the job is the variety and the challenge associated with solving complicated problems for the firm and its clients. He’s continually inspired by seeing the company culture in action: people collaborating in the interest of the greater good, helping one another succeed, and learning and growing in their careers.
Outside of work, Barret loves to spend time with his family and friends, going to sporting events, and participating in outdoor activities such as hunting, fishing, hiking, and ATV/snowmobile riding.
Barret is a Professional Geologist in New Hampshire.
