Leigh’s technical experience is centered on Construction Support Services, and she specializes in construction monitoring and quality assurance. She is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and Geoprofessional Business Association (GBA). Leigh has an undergraduate degree from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in Civil & Environmental Engineering. She is a GeoSeal™ Vapor Intrusion Certified Inspector and NETTCP Subsurface Investigation Qualified.

As a retired chef, most of Leigh’s passions outside of work revolve around food. You can usually find her cooking, baking, eating, or maintaining her vegetable and fruit garden. Leigh also enjoys weightlifting and learning new skills whether it’s automotive repair, carpentry, plumping, electrical, HVAC, or most recently, roofing and siding.
