Lisa is an experienced attorney with a diverse set of skills gained through work in private practice and as an in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company. She is well versed in contracts, corporate governance, and compliance matters, and she distinguishes herself through an ability to navigate legal complexities while advising her team on big picture goals and strategy.

Lisa is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Minnesota. She is a Member of the New Hampshire Bar Association, where she is the chair of the Intellectual Property Section and a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. Lisa has an undergraduate degree from Simmons College, and earned her Juris Doctor degree from University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law.

When she is not reviewing the fine print of documents at Sanborn Head, Lisa enjoys spending time outdoors. Having grown up in Texas, she loves living in New Hampshire with its four distinct seasons and having close proximity to the mountains, lakes, seacoast and big city. Lisa is also a board member of Cast Away Cancer, a non-profit that supports cancer survivors in learning the meditative practice of fly fishing by offering free, guided fly-fishing excursions in New Hampshire.
