Monica is the go-to person for employee relations, recruiting, employee engagement, performance and development, and HR policies and procedures. Monica is an Employee Engagement Specialist and has a bachelor’s degree in human resources management and organizational behavior from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.

Monica enjoys working with all levels of staff and working on projects that support the firm’s commitment to employee engagement. She most enjoys watching staff advance in their careers and expand their influence within the firm.

Monica enjoys spending time with her family, helping coach her daughter’s soccer team, and volunteering at the library in her town. She also likes to travel and explore new places.
