Quincy’s experience includes environmental due diligence, site investigations, remediation, and regulatory compliance work. He is particularly skilled at supporting construction projects through soil management, seismic evaluations, stormwater management, and general construction monitoring services. Quincy has a civil engineering degree from Northeastern University and a master’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
