Sean’s expertise centers on the analysis of groundwater flow systems and contaminant distribution to facilitate site characterization and remediation. In addition, his experience includes geologic data interpretation and conceptual site model development. Sean has used field experience, collecting soil and groundwater samples, monitoring well installation, and overseeing construction to enhance his management of his projects and project teams. Sean earned a Bachelor of Science degree in geology and environmental geosciences from Lafayette College and a professional Master of Science degree in subsurface geoscience from Rice University. Sean is a member of the Geological Society of New Hampshire, the Business and Industry Association of New Hampshire, the Environmental Business Council of New England, and the Texas Board of Professional Geoscientists.
Sean appreciates the culture at Sanborn Head, which allows him to explore a variety of technical challenges with the support of a well-rounded team. He enjoys the opportunity to balance his own hands-on technical analysis with management of diverse project teams and the variety of projects that he works on each day.
Outside of work, Sean enjoys staying active by hiking, camping, playing frisbee, and rock climbing. He also enjoys reading books of almost all genres, cooking (and eating!).
