Tim excels at collaborating with teams of environmental and engineering professionals and working with them to balance the technical, regulatory, and financial needs of a project. He has expertise with all aspects of environmental due diligence, including Transaction Screen Process (TSP) and Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments. Tim has extensive experience with private and municipal redevelopment projects where he enjoys working with a range of practitioners, regulators, attorneys, and other stakeholders to help clients revitalize their properties
Tim is a member of the American Chemical Society; Licensed Site Professional Association, Environmental Business Council of New England, where he is a member of the TSCA and Emerging Contaminants committee. Tim has a degree in environmental conservation, with a chemistry minor, from University of New Hampshire.
Tim appreciates the team-based culture at Sanborn Head, where staff from different offices, technical disciplines, and client groups collaborate to address our clients’ biggest challenges.
When he is not working, Tim enjoys exercise, including indoor cycling and weight training, although he prefers to be outside on his road bike. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, three grown children, and the family dog, “Relish”. Relish is a Texas rescue dog; he’s a mix of cattle dog, Labrador retriever and pit bull. Relish’s favorite activity is chewing on stuff.
