Projects have included a variety of complex construction and/or Title V air permit applications, renewals, and modifications, and air dispersion modeling evaluations for a variety of landfills and landfill gas-to-energy facilities. These projects often involve best available control technology (BACT) analyses and complex air dispersion models and air permitting issues related to toxic air pollutant emissions, facility ownership, delegation of responsibility for emissions, and volatile organic compound (VOC), particulate matter (PM), and sulfur dioxide (SO2) facility-wide thresholds.
