We are pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Thompson as the firm’s Director of Risk Management and Corporate Counsel!
Lisa will lead Sanborn Head’s compliance and risk management functions including corporate governance, contract administration, registrations, and insurance. Lisa will advise Sanborn Head’s board of directors and senior leaders on legal matters as well as provide key insights into the firm’s operations and planning efforts. “We’re excited to add Lisa to our senior leadership team,” shares Sanborn Head’s CEO Barret Cole. “With her extensive experience as both an inside and outside counsel, Lisa is uniquely positioned to help us manage our risk profile and inform our business strategy as we expand our service offerings and geographic reach.”
Lisa received an undergraduate degree from Simmons College and earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Hampshire, Franklin Pierce School of Law. Lisa is a member of the New Hampshire Bar Association where she is the chair of the Intellectual Property Section and a member of the Continuing Legal Education Committee. She is licensed to practice law in New Hampshire and Minnesota.
