On October 5, Sanborn Head brought its dedicated employees together for a vibrant company-wide conference at the Tupelo Music Hall in Derry, New Hampshire. This event not only highlighted the remarkable achievements of our firm but also fostered a spirit of collaboration as team members shared valuable insights and celebrated milestones together.

Under the inspiring theme of Sustaining Excellence Across Generations, the event encouraged an environment of employee engagement and collaborative learning, which was the key focus of our presenters and attendees.

Presenters ranged from all levels of the firm, and there were so many opportunities to hear different perspectives of the great work that we conduct as a firm. Topics ranged from LNG facilities & pipe stress analysis, Power BI and creative problem solving for environmental data, slope evaluation methods used to help communities impacted by the flooding, and how our team of professionals are conducting environmental remediation of LNAPL plume on an active construction site!

We also recognized two individuals who have played an impactful part in shaping Sanborn Head into what it is today. Vice President Sarah Dolcino and Senior Vice President David Adams are retiring at the end of this year. Their legacy and leadership has had a profound impact on our firm and have inspired countless employees to develop and thrive.
